WebDriver error on startup: Failed to create session

Hello,
I am trying to connect to a Perfecto device and for that have done all the Botium config correctly.

When I am executing, it is throwing error as below:

WebDriver error on startup: Failed to create session.
Failed to obtain device with options ‘MobileDeviceFindOptions [_os=null, _osVersion=latest, _manufacturer=Samsung, _model=Galaxy Note10+, _appName=null, _appVersion=null, _resolution=null, _network=null, _location=null, _automationInfrastructure=null, _description=null, _deviceType=null, _deviceCapabilities=[_fingerPrint=null, _motionInjection=null, _faceID=null, _imageInjection=null, _voiceAssistantInjection=null, _forceTouch=null, _setLocation=null, _reboot=null], _operabilityScore=null]’. I would say, this is more a question for the Perfectolabs support than for Botium.
Device selector looks fine to me, and I cannot tell why the Perfecto endpoint rejects this session for your account.
