I want to setup a PoC to test an IVR solution using the Botium Connector for Twilio IVR.

Can I use the Twilio connector in the free tier?

no, but you can apply for a time limited trial, or we do a poc together

I upgraded to E2E testing 15 day trial yesterday in an attempt to get access to additional connectors. However that does not seem to have unlocked what I need.
