Other than with Twilio,how can we integrate with sms or voice through botium?

For SMS, currently Twilio is the only option.

For Voice, it depends on what is on the other end … if by voice you mean phone calls, there is currently either Twilio or our brand-new VOIP connector (to be announced the next days).

There are some blog articles about voice testing with Botium available, for example for SAP Conversational AI or Rasa, and in the Botium Wiki
