Job Description:

  1. Overall 5-9 years of experience in Software testing across Functional manual and automation testing
  2. Excellent communication & English linguistic skills
  3. Good understanding of ML concepts and algorithms, and AI/ML applications in the real-world
  4. Good experience in Conversational AI – Chatbot, Voice bot or Intelligent IVR testing
  5. Good knowledge in Botium testing tool
  6. Good understanding of Intent/Entities/Utterances
  7. Good knowledge in NLP – Natural Language Processing
  8. Exposure to working of Google Dialogflow/IBM Watson/Luis etc
