How to add event to trigger the conversation

Hello,
I connected to the IBM Watson NLP and cannot start conversation , since event “Welcome” is set above triggering the conversation. (Once the page is opens , bot or digital person starts first)

How should I create the TC in this matter? any advice?

The usual way is to send something like literal text WELCOME from the client to make IBM Watson send out the intial greeting. Can be done by enabling the Trigger Welcome Message switch in Botium
