GraphQL does not load in Botium Box

While trying to access GraphQL for a few integrations on Test Cases and Reporting, we are getting only a blank page as below. I tried including the API key in the link too. Still the same.

Can you please guide us on why this occurs. Primarily we wanted to access Botium’s Public APIs. Also does Botium API have any restrictions with the Edition of Botium box? We could not find this information in Wiki or forum.
